The first is “over-the-top” content. This refers to streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, as well as to skinny bundles like Sling TV and PlayStation Vue. Basically, anything that comes in over the internet is OTT.
The second big way to get content as a cord cutter is free over-the-air TV, often abbreviated to “OTA.” These are the local broadcasts that you can get with an antenna.
